OUR STORY
Cleod9 Voice has been leading the way in advanced voice and data solutions for nearly two decades. From the time our doors opened, we have been on a mission to provide solutions to fit the needs and price point of every client. Our experts help you make the best choice for your unique needs. Our goal is to provide our customers with communication strategies that transform their daily operations, improve the way they do business, and save money in order to deliver a greater ROI. In the earliest years, these goals were met using PBXs and Key systems encompassing analog, digital, and VoIP hardware, applications, and trunking. However, in 2015 we transitioned to something new in the form of a hosted PBX Platform.
To our disappointment, less than 2 years after our upgrade, we found ourselves in a situation similar to the one facing our customers. The VoIP platform we had deployed was dated technology. After extensive research, we transitioned to Cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and began offering the Cleod9 Voice Solution product line.

2001
We began providing Samsung business telephone systems as a part of USNet, who is still our trusted partner. USNet handles datacenter cable management, cable infrastructure and relocation services.

2015
After more than a decade of providing traditional voice services, we transitioned to hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

2016
We recognized the need to transition to a cloud based system to provide a more updated product with additional features than we could currently provide.

2017
After extensive research into Cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), we became one of the first dealers for the cutting edge Wildix cloud hosted PBX as they entered the North American market.

We were awarded the Wildix Platinum Partner Award as North America’s premier dealer.
